Corporate Code of Ethics

CRUMA has developed a Code of Ethical Conduct corporate model that provides a common policy within the framework of the values of the firm. It offers an impeccable ethical orientation that goes beyond simple professional requirements, resulting in enhancing our corporate reputation and brand, while improving customer service. By custom of our services features, as well as the peculiarities of the same, it was considered appropriate to prepare and transmit to our employees a range of issues that we consider relevant, while, possible to standardize the behavior of the same in their relationships with our customers. Not enough to know and understand; Code must be fulfilled literally and in spirit. As individuals we are encouraged to raise any questions or issues through the proper channels. It is intended to provide guidelines and guidance on the standards of integrity and professional conduct; can not be foreseen all situations they may face people. Accordingly, this Code is not intended nor does it replace the need for accountability and judge fairly or seek advice on proper professional conduct. It is recommended to seek additional guidance and support those responsible for matters relating to professional conduct.

Help maintain the good name of CRUMA

  • Our customers trust CRUMA based on our professional competence and integrity, qualities on which our reputation is based. We maintain that reputation.
  • We try to serve only those customers who have the capacity to serve, who value our services and meet integrity requirements.
  • When we go to a public that reasonably expected to speak on behalf of CRUMA generally express the opinion CRUMA and not his own.
  • We use all resources CRUMA and our customers, including the physical, intellectual and electronic and professionally appropriate only for lawful purposes and permitted resources responsibly.

Professional behavior

  • We provide professional services in accordance with policies and CRUMA relevant technical and professional standards.
  • We only offer those services that we provide and we strive to deliver at least that to which we are committed.
  • We compete vigorously, using only legal and ethically acceptable methods.
  • Meet our contractual obligations, reporting on our services and charging for them honestly.
  • We respect the confidentiality and privacy of our customers, our staff and others with whom we do business.
  • We comply with the applicable rules and regulations and professional standards in order to properly maintain the confidentiality and privacy of information.
  • We try to avoid conflict of interest. When potential conflicts of interest are identified and consider the interests of the parties can be protected by implementing proper procedures, so we do.
  • We value our independent judgment. We honor the trust placed in us by our customers and other stakeholders to meet the provisions stipulated by the competent authorities and professional standards that are willing to allow us to develop our business with the necessary objectivity. In our work we ensure that our independence is not compromised, or may be perceived as such. We face the circumstances that impair or appear to impair our objectivity.
  • It is not acceptable to us, solicit, accept, offer, promise or pay bribes.

  • We express our support for fundamental human rights and avoid participating in economic activities for abusive human rights.
  • We act in a socially responsible and contribute responsibly to the development of the community.
  • Aspire to act in a way that the environmental impact of our professional activity is minimized.
  • We are committed to supporting efforts to eliminate corruption.

Our responsibilities

Each of us must implement the Code of Conduct and policies CRUMA consistently and appropriately, and help others to do so. When reporting or there is suspicion of a breach of our Code of Conduct, will take steps to investigate and, if appropriate, coregir the situation.

We are encouraged to report and express our concerns and to do so with fairness, honesty and respect. is committed to protect its members against retribution. Those in the chain of command are responsible for considering issues that are brought to its attention.

Those who violate the Code or the policies and procedures CRUMA will be subject to disciplinary action, which may reach termination. Such measures will also apply to anyone who directs or apuebe infractions or has knowledge of them and do not act immediately to correct them.
